Concert Reviews: Slowdive Razzmatazz Primavera Sound 2022

I was so lucky to see these shoegaze legends at such a small venue. The sound was incredible and that only amplified the absolute trance that this show was. Reverb-soaked guitars, genius melodies, and Rachel Goswell's angelic vocals were the perfect combination. This show put everyone in the venue in a trance state for real. This band has always maintained their genius songwriting abilities and to see them live was just surreal. This show moved in slow motion somehow. Playing their classics like Dagger, When the Sun Hits, and Alison but also mixing in a Syd Barrett cover the setlist was the perfect display of one of the world's greatest bands.
